Good idea for the fluorescent foil. Also, the foil is cheaper than the fluo vinyl. Both are rated for indoor and 6 months outside.The only problem is there is no yellow fluo. My customer order orange fluo mostly anyway. When you say gerber fluorescents, you mean the foils or the vinyl. Also...

I also have this problem from time to time even if I print my white over the black. Is it because the vinyl have a contamination of some sort?

It seems that NDGraphics is the only distributor in Canada for the gerber edge consumable. I hate their customer service and only have problems with them. Is there another place I can buy OEM foils? Thanks.

I don't know if it help, but I went to a machine shop with my current punch and asked them to create another one with the specification needed. Work like a charm and it is built better than a OEM one.

check the prices carefully. I've made two orders in the pass and it was cheaper to order from the US site and pay for the custom than order from the canadian distributor. But if you want to order the blades from a canadian seller, try this one
