I can add yet another way. duplicate the text remove the fill and add a thick black outline. Convert it to a transparent bitmap then add a Gaussian Blur adjusted as needed. Use the transparency tool to adjust the opacity. Powerclip that into the original text.

So we finally got in contact with the customer. Turns out she thought "Monkey Board" was the term for corrugated plastic. No idea where she got that from.

Put it on the client. They should provide accurate measurements or bring the vehicle to you for measurements.

We have both a tabletop Keencut and a wall mounted cutter. One way or another we get it done. The tabletop does require some routine tweaking once in a while but love it otherwise. We leave it loose so it can be moved off the table. Gotta have somewhere to eat our birthday meals!

Aspire Black is pretty close. It could be used with a little tweaking here and there. Flip the "A", close in the "D" and clip the "E" but if more text is needed then... Look at Fenix Blackletter Caps too.
