    We have run jetbest inks on our Roland's for a couple years It seems we have to clean encoder strip more often, but inks are about 1/3 of Roland inks (quite a bit cheaper than grimco house brand) Still running mutoh oem inks , because I am not sure of any of the MP31 3rd party options

    since you replaced the printhead in oct 2020, HOPEFULLY, you still have the old head in a cabinet, or somewhere? swap manifolds with te old head. (we do it all the time)

    there is quite a difference between putting a cleaning cartridge in, in place of an ink cartridge & not having 2 print heads.

    doing a job with about 500 signs on heavy glossy photo paper I AM LEFT HANDED, so when i use the roto trimmer, i work from the other side than donald does. i am sure that is part of the problem, but, this type of trimming seems to be one of those things that I REALLY SUCK AT i am not cheap...
