I would manufacture it with a couple of cleats. You could stud-mount it, but that poses two potential issues: - You would be attaching studs to a curved surface. - Studs don't allow for any adjustment. If you use a cleat, you can slide it so it butts up directly against the adjacent panel.

The Command Strips aren't suggested for use on wallpaper. If the customer doesn't mind damaged wallpaper, I would use 1" squares of VHB tape (add a few dollops of silicone if they really don't mind damage). If they want minimal damage, it depends on what material you're hanging, but I guess at...

Agreed! My DeWalt oscillating tool came today as well. Good way to start the weekend. :) Yeah, they're really handy. I have the Werner version and it's a bit heavy (wish I had the Little Giant, it's about 10 pounds lighter). Mine is the 22' (actual height is about 18'-9").
