In that case, I would check the printer settings in the RIP. I know in Flexi there is a setting that tells the printer to use one head or the other or both and it's in the tab to the right of the tab you use to choose your profile. The icon should look like a little printer.
From the official American Cornhole Association, I'm not kidding:
• The board finish shall be sanded to a very smooth texture, and there shall not be any blemishes in the wood surface that might disrupt or distort play.
• The board can be painted with a semi-gloss exterior latex paint resulting...
Basically Epson doesn't give access to certain resources if you are not officially trained. So your dealer's tech probably just hasn't been trained on them. You could probably find an independent tech to work on them but they wouldn't be able to do warranty work. I hear Epson service is pretty...
Sears wasn't only mismanaged, it was mismanaged on purpose to tank it's stock so short sellers could cash in. It's the business model of Boston Consulting Group. Tank vulnerable companies, tell your customers to short the stock, profit.
What process did you go through to change the ink set? If you just put color ink in and changed the profile without reconfiguring the ink set in the printer parameters itself, sending over a file using a CMYK profile would most likely only print with the one head that was originally CMYK...
I see a lot of comments here saying if you simply get a sales tax license from the customer, you don't have to worry about it and just not charge tax on everything. We found out the hard way that that's not true. If your customer gets audited and they find that they didn't get charged tax on...
Usually 2-3 days isn't going to cause much clogging and if it does, it's usually really easy to recover. I would simply keep the head capped and run a cleaning once everything is back together. If you wanted to go an extra step just to be safe, soak a lint free cloth in cleaning solution, drape...
Mojave Sign Ad is good stuff. We use it in our lobby on painted drywall. It says it's easily removable up to a year but it removes easily far longer than that in my experience. Works well on glass too. Might be worth looking into.
Unfortunately it seems to be a trend in the industry. I won't name names but I've had more problems with machines out of the box in the last 2-3 years than ever in my career.
Open Windows resource monitor and watch which resource might be causing a bottleneck. For example, the hard drive might spike to 100% and stay there indicating you probably don't have a lot of free space to work with. Could be failing memory or CPU as well but you have to check it out. Might not...
The flag sensor has 3 states. Not flagged which is pretty self explanatory. Near end which means is barely touching the sensor so it flags the card as near end. And then flagged which is fully pushed which will flag the card as empty. Once a card is empty, it's empty forever. Once a card is...
You've got a short somewhere. It's usually the head cables but it could be any cable form the head back to the main board. It could also be the head itself or any electrical failure on any PCB.
