All reflective vinyls advise against wet application. If the damage did not occur from shipping/handling, and was from application, it happens from bending the vinyl back too hard while peeling off the liner, or from trying to lift the vinyl and reapplying it.

I don't see where the version of Corel Draw will make any difference. You're going to be exporting eps or pdf files to import to Onyx, and the version of Corel Draw won't really matter with that.

Did you not see through the anger to note that I suggested Interstate Plastics? They make custom cut plastic blanks. They're on the internet. Another source for plexiglas is a local glass company. And they will cut to size for you as well. The only tools you'd need to cut these blanks yourself...

Have you called Grimco? They have a custom order department and you can ask for a quote. Might be time to buy some tools. If these are just thin signs to go next to doors, you can cut them with hand tools, and finish the edges with a sanding block. Acrylic is harder to cut than expanded PVC...

This is how we use the stuff

We've used Convex's version of the same product. Although we have no trouble cutting the regular 15 mil Substance laminate, not only is the textured stuff really thick, it's harder too. Probably a flatbed with a special blade is going to be the only way to go with it.

The objects do combine. You just can't see holes on the inner loops because of loop direction.
