Glad to hear that somebody has had some success with the take up bar. I will mention this to our installer on Monday and hopefully this will eliminate the issue from the get go. I don't for see us printing rolls at a time, but would like the peace of mind when we do.

Definitely a sweet deal. Still waiting to have ours installed through advantage, but I can say that they have been a joy to work with this far. We have the printer sitting in our shop waiting for set up next week and can't wait. I will post more details as they unfold.
