I'm wondering if there is any user of the Acuity LED 1600 II. I was looking for the Roland LEJ-640, but the specs on paper seems superior on the Fuji. I've googled a lot and did not find much. Is it because it's not a good machine? Thanks, Ben.

OK, I know this topic is old but I've found a solution. For some reason, the only way my summa will cut the job via omega is if ''summa cutter control'' is open. They don't ''talk'' to each other, but it's the only way I've been able to send jobs.

Look like print and cut frosted vinyl to me. The effect is made with black ink.

Take a squeegee like in the picture. With the ''net'' on the ''sponge'', it does the trick very easy. And it does not damage the paint.

Yep, best idea. If you buy a new cutter in the price range you are looking for, you will have lot of accuracy problem. Been there, done that.

Same here. I've bought the D Class and wish I would go with the S Class with tangential knife. I was a 10+ years user of Roland cutter before I bought my summa.

45min for a 4x8? wow. Speed was not an issue in my original post, but there is limit. lol. I'm guessing the LEC-540 has the same speed.

I have tried the 3651 clear and it did not look very good because of the adhesive like you said. If you want a good result, go with an optically clear product.

If you want an optically clear vinyl, you can go with 3M 8150. But I had good success with the general formulations 255 and it's a bit cheaper than 3M.
