Do you see this overspray in all of the colors? It appears that way in the test draw. If so, then you may have a static issue. Does this occur on more than 1 media type? What position is your print head in, low or high?

Perfect! That's what I use.

Use white lithium grease, not regular WD-40. You can try cleaning the belt with a dry toothbrush.

If you use lithium grease in a spray can, be sure to spray the grease on a swab, then apply a light coating to the rail, as you cannot control the overspray if you try to spray directly on the rail. If the overspray gets on the encoder strip, then you create other issues.

Is your file RGB or CMYK. If RGB, what is the value of your white? If it is 255, try changing it to 252. If CMYK, and your white is 0, try changing it to 3.
