Have you tried to adjust bidirectional printing?

The cutter wont measure the media width, it will measure the distance between the two outer pinch rollers. Have you set the pinch rollers near to the edges of the media?

Depending in which direction you have the offset, you need to adjust the bidirectional printing or feed settings.

Flexi works fine with Latex, as Onyx do too, or Caldera. I havent tested Onyx Go until now, maybe online licence checking together with a poor internet connection quality or wrong Proxy-settings could lead to problems.

OPOS Barcode will have different barcodes for each orientation, and different cutting files. It is nearly impossible that the files are cut in wrong direction. It is shurely not a software bug, Flexi 19 have worked fine.
