Unless you're really stuck on using fluorescent vinyl, the Monster logo doesn't really need fluorescents to look correct when printed. The high resolution file they provide for the slashes (with transparent background) prints perfectly with regular inks on white.
I'd say they used Helvetica Black and powerclipped the lightning into it. However if you look at the repeated letters, they are each alike.

I have no idea how to do it in Flexi, but to print metallic colors requires you to print in layers. You have to put down an underlayer of metallic silver, have the printer roll back (and wait a drying time) and then lay color on top of the metallic.

Can't tell much about the boat from that picture, but boat wraps should not extend below the waterline, and the bottom edge has to be sealed. That looks like water spray/pressure has peeled back the wrap. Therefore the wrap was installed too far down.
