  2. Question Epson SureColor S7675 Maintenance Request #00000080

Here's what Epson says: The product part indicated is nearing or at the end of its service life. Contact Epson for support and provide them with the service code shown on the LCD screen. You must replace the part before printing again. If you continue to print, a call for service occurs.
  3. Managing material problems

I would not put the vinyl on painted drywall. Bound to fail. Put the dry erase on some kind of panel (like ACM) and mount it to the wall.
  4. Un-Boxing Experience: Are you using it?

Our unboxing experience consists of the customer driving around the building to the parking lot, and as they round the corner of the building they suddenly can see their truck or car with lettering on it! Or maybe when they come to pick up a small sign or a banner, they see it on the shelf in...
  5. Googles Image search has changed image size option !?!?

But the image size choices are actually still there, just under a different menu. I'm surprised the change in layout for how an image you select is highlighted didn't affect you more.

The variable size is not under Tools; it's under Settings>Advanced Search

Uneven tension in laminator from crooked loading, too much pressure, etc.
  9. Recommendations for cutter control software?

For cut vinyl, nothing beats Sign Wizard. Although it's PC-only, They note this on their website: Note for Mac owners: The software does function properly under VMWare Fusion for the Mac when used with Intel Macs, as well as Parallels for Mac. The USB dongle can be used in the VM. Although the...
  10. USB Drives?

The best you can do there is to find someone who imprints them in the US. Right now there are zero US manufacturers of cheap thumb drives.
  11. printing on flourescent vinyl....colour

Unless you're really stuck on using fluorescent vinyl, the Monster logo doesn't really need fluorescents to look correct when printed. The high resolution file they provide for the slashes (with transparent background) prints perfectly with regular inks on white.
  12. Pricing help for coach bus

If it was 12 hour days on Sat/Sun, it needs to be "double time" for the overtime. At least.
  13. Any Idea?

I'd say they used Helvetica Black and powerclipped the lightning into it. However if you look at the repeated letters, they are each alike. I stand corrected...
  14. Project Management - Pricing

All I can say is make sure you pay your subs. We did a perforated window wrap on a regular basis for a large optical chain, typically an ad for a major brand of sunglasses. Then one time the request for the job came from a different broker. We did the job, submitted the bill. No response...
  15. Help with font

    Arial Black.
  16. EPSON SURECOLOR 80600 METALLIC PRINTING

I have no idea how to do it in Flexi, but to print metallic colors requires you to print in layers. You have to put down an underlayer of metallic silver, have the printer roll back (and wait a drying time) and then lay color on top of the metallic. Although when I saw the S70670 demoed, they...
  17. 19 foot american flag boat wrap went wrong

Can't tell much about the boat from that picture, but boat wraps should not extend below the waterline, and the bottom edge has to be sealed. That looks like water spray/pressure has peeled back the wrap. Therefore the wrap was installed too far down.

  19. customer needs a small pole pocket banner - reply is lol

And that is exactly my point. On your "bumped up" drawing, it looks too high to me. Personally, with a layout that is mostly negative space, my personal preference is to have a little more above the object. Also, even though you are defining the logo as "bottom heavy", the bottom consists of...
