Fasting is very healthy. I question the validity of five pounds a week. You may lose that much the first week due to excess water weight and stored intestinal waste. But to consistently lose that much weight per week over a longer duration is neither healthy nor practical.
It takes...
There is an adjustment pad (a little wedge) that rides on the cam shaft. Loosen the Phillips head screw and adjust the wedge so your knife is raised a bit further. Don't get too carried away...adjust it only a small amount and repeat as needed.
Sent you a PM. This thread won't let me...
The tandem poles really help expend the calories. Plus you're doing several thousand upper body reps for each walk you take. I've noticed a huge improvement in upper body flexibility, mobility and strength. My arms get tired walking without them.

CADLink tech support informed me that I can use the Visual Production Manager to operate multiple cutters.
Mosh...from what I understand about your method, you have to continually switch devices everytime you open a new SignLab window? (if it doesn't default to your designated device)
It...
SignLab 9 has the Visual Production Manager (VPM)...I'm thinking that will do the trick. I haven't played with that feature yet, but I'm pretty sure it's what I'm looking for...more later.

For $99, I can order a usb adapter that will allow me to give it a try. My biggest concern is the same plot spooler being able to communicate with two plotters at the same time. I hate to buy another computer to do this, but I will if I need to.
Like I mentioned earlier, I have another SL...
Just wondering if it's possible to run two Gerber GS15 plotters from the same computer simultaneously. The GS15 is connected to the serial port, and I would connect the GS15 Plus to a USB port.
I'm using SignLab and it will allow me to open multiple instances (windows), so I don't see that...

Scales don't lie...that's both the bad and the good of it. Several years ago, I peaked out at 212...that was 33 pounds ago. I'm putting a photo collage together just as a reminder. Man...some of those old photos are really hard to look at.
On the flip side, I went out last week and...
Here's a shameless plug for a company that has really helped me get moving this winter. On average, I've been able to log anywhere from two to three miles a day...and sometimes as many as four miles.
The "sport" is called Nordic Ski Walking, and it burns up to 40% more calories than...
I'm not sure how the BMI charts take muscle mass into consideration. Obviously, everybody's build is different and so is their muscle mass.
Catabolic muscle loss can also be a concern http://www.muscleandbodymag.com/stopping-the-muscle-cannibal/

I'm 5'4", medium build. I'm going to see where I'm at when I hit 160, and then go from there. Typical BMI charts put me somewhere around 140, but I'd lose too much muscle mass by that point.

So...just exactly where do those pounds go once they leave your waist line? I guess it really doesn't matter, just as long as they stay gone and don't come back again.
I've always been one to need a little visual motivation, and here's what I came up with to help me track my progress...
