They are not screen printers so they don't have a clue what corogloss is. You can use multi purpose if you add an adhesion promoter.

Just fire them. Have someone who knows what in the world they are doing and can print that size do it right and move on. They obviously couldn't care less about their rep or customer base.

If a printed coro can't pass the tape test it does not leave my shop. Period. Demand a refund and get them printed by an actual screen printer. That reply from 4 over sucks.

My tops are galvanized. Comes in 5x10. Mine are 16 years old now and still working just fine. And magnets stick to it.

There is a phototex that is applied inside. No adhesive on removal. Static cling applied wet to interior would work also with as much white as your sample shows.

Try matte paper at high res. Also tell it to print just black. If you have a dialogue to set ink limits run it up.

Lie to it about what type of paper you are feeding it until you get usable result. And print highest res on ultra flippin fine, lol.

Cheap print vinyl shrinks like the dickens when cut. Calendared vinyl made specifically for cutting not so much.
