Absolutely, Seal makes a dang fine alternative to the big squeegee. First time I used a BS was rebranding the canopies at a gas station in wrap vinyl. Thing paid for itself in ten minutes.
Bid the job a year ago. Didn't get it. Person who did is the one who rigged that mess. Lady who owns the sign parks her lincoln under it. Guess who's lincoln needs repair now. Sign needs much more work then just faces. Working new quote tomorrow. Think I'll get it this time around.
Every time I think I've seen it all, boom. Pulled these and replaced today. Shop previously servicing the sign cut the pans and glued flat panels over them.

It will. Also making sure you have all possible squeegeed out on install. I do a ton of temporary liquor store window graphics. Slam with weasel pizz and boogie.

You're not the only one in manufacturing. I happen to print as well. I also do commercial building and contracting. Someone asked about blade, I gave a good source. Cheapest on planet, no. Only source, no. Just good product in my experience.
Just got a 100 gallon speed aire from a friend. Still need to install, already ran the 220 line. Will hard line the fab area so I don't have hoses all over. Can't wait to get it done.
If you want a clean, machined cut a triple chip carbide is the blade you want. You don't always need that clean a cut but changing blades on a panel saw is a pita. And yeah, spending that cabbage on a saw blade makes me wince too.
