    What Gino said. stack them 2" tall in as large a quantity as you can handle, use rip fence and 90 degree push to feed the stack through the blade at 2"+ tall. Should be able to make quick work of the cut and be very uniform.

    There ya go. That would be a fine reason to go flexi. I went from casmate to sl years ago and as I recall the changeover was pretty easy. I can't remember how we converted files. Getting a little long in the tooth for that kind of memory any more, lol.

    I have removed too many to count. Little chiseler or comparable tool and rapid remover. Spray rr at top of letters, wait a minute or so, do it again a few times pull off gradually while keeping fresh rr on leading edge. Little bit of cleanup and done.
