Is there anyway to un-save changes to a file, after it has been closed?

Anybody using real time designer? If so, what are the pros and cons of it? The way I look at, if a customer wants to submit his design, and it's not in vector format, he can go to our website, create it, and send it to me, without me having to do anything.

Well my service guy has screwed me, and now I'm trying to find out how I enter into service mode to clean my encoder strip. I turn on the sub-power, then I hit left, right, down, and then regular power,,, right? Well when I do that, it says service mode protected, and shuts off. WTF

What the heck! As soon as my warranty expires, the printer starts acting up. Just as I'm half way through a 3'-10' banner, I get a "Service Call 0110" and everything stops. Any ideas as to what this is?

I'm running a bunch of 2.5" decals through my sp-540, and they are coming out real blurry. I have cleaned everything by hand, ran a powerful head cleaning, and still nothing. One row will print fine, then the next will be F'ed up. Any ideas?

Heres my computer specs as is. My computer has been running terribly slow. I save most of my files to an external hard drive, so I dont see what the problem is. Programs: Flexi-8 Versaworks Corel x3 Photoshop various others as well. So should I do some house cleaning, or add another drive?

Is there a way to print dimensions on proofs? Example: Say I print out a proof to be sent to a town planning board, and all the dimensions of the sign must be listed, is there a way to do this other than manually?

What happened? I was printing, a solid blue background, then all of the sudden, PINK? WTF, if I was out of ink, wouldn't it tell me before this, like it usually does? So I put a new blue in, and now the test prints show no blue! AAAAAAAARrrrrrrrrrgggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhh
