Look into GoToMyPC, I use it to work between 3 different locations and don't know how I'd operate without it. Last year I was actually sending print jobs and operating machines in my shop while driving on a bus in Italy using GoToMyPC, it was amazing.

That sounds typical of a defective print head. You can try cleaning the print strip on the head with 99% isopropyl alcohol but if there are lines going through your print you probably need to replace the print head, which means returning the unit to Gerber and it is about a $3000 service. They...

For those of you printing on clear, exactly what material are you using? Is anyone printing backlit with an HP Latex? If so, exactly what material, RIP and settings are you using?

Tunneling of reflective material of that type is typical and happens often when the material has to go through tight radius turns, which is probably why it's not rated for latex printing. I'm not optimistic that you will have success with that material in the L25500. Perhaps if you could try...

What software do you design with? For that particular number it's a pretty easy matter to do it manually if you had to. Just outline the "0" so you have a smaller copy right in the middle of a larger copy, divide it diagonally on the two corners and assign the correct colors to the individual parts.
