I'm looking at getting a laptop so I can have our accountant help us get set up with QuickBooks. Does anybody synchronize files between two computers, and if so what do you use?
It's not something I'll be doing every day so I want to keep it simple. Will "briefcase" to do the job?

I've been part of year-end group meetings, and they were always positive. It helped "rally the troops" around the goals for the new year. I also think that they should stay that...
Some people don't see reviews as beneficial, but they are. You can reinforce this by demonstrating the improvements that have made throughout the previous year...which means you'd better be paying close attention to your business, and the growth of your employees.

Yikes...this is a lesson unto itself. Just do what you do when a customer walks in the door and doesn't have a clue what they want. Start by asking yourself the obvious questions, and then narrow down the ideas until you finally reach a viable solution.
