I use a lot of .060 styrene for stencils- people seem to like it. And cut it on the laser- much quicker than the router.

I bought a 72" tall Safety Speed panel saw twenty years ago and have never regretted it- it is used every day, resharpen blades is the only maintenance required. We all still have all the fingers we started with as a plus.

Probably not what you are looking for... but I learned Fusion 360 over the last year and find it very satisfying. I design for the CNC, laser and 3D printer, stuff that works the way I want it to.
