Just a word of caution to anybody with diabetes: steroids cause extreme elevations in blood glucose levels. We went through all of this just before dad's passing two weeks ago.
I'd bet a hundred bucks that it's bold condensed modified roman, with wedge serifs. It was definitely hand-cut "back in the day".
You could most likely get away with plotter cutting the bold condensed typeface, and then hand cut the serifs.

I think it's up to us to educate them as to why the design "already" pops. You don't have to give them design theory 101, but you should at least be able to rattle off a concise paragraph concerning your rationale.

Ah yes...a problem from drafting 101. I've used both the (old fashioned) drafting board and AutoCAD to do ortho layouts for conical surfaces. Brings back memories.

Absolutely love the pizazzzzz.....but it would help tie things together using fewer fonts.
Swap out the burnishing tool for another brush....most people don't know what that tool is for.
