If you're using Oracal, 651 is the wrong material. 951 is what you need. 751 would probably be OK too. For a one color job like that, and especially where a shockingly bright color is desired, cut vinyl is far preferred over printed. It will last longer and is thinner as well.

We use the same profile for Colorprint Solvent, Stahls Cadcolor, etc. that we do for all our vinyl printing. We do set up the media individually on the Epson to get the right temperatures and feed lengths, etc. But the profile we use in the RIP is the same as regular vinyl.

You have to tell Cut Server where the files are. It's under Preferences/Hot Folders. Look to see if the hot folder is listed. If not, add it. If the hot folder is on another computer, make sure it's shared.
