If you are wiping the Coro as you print them it can make static too. definately thin the ink and use a little extra "lift off" with a vacum base or double sided tape on the table.

Vinyl Zapper wheels are much less than that and the machine is designed to do the job better than using a drill. I have paid for mine many times over. Do a search here for MBX Vinyl Zapper and check for yourself. And from memory I think it was someone here could have had a very serious accident...

I have been using VMP for many years as a backup program. I am very happy with it and it has lots of features that upmarket programs do. It has a t arrange of fonts, clipart and logos. I believe it is based on CorelDraw but its tutor is very good too. I would reccomend Vinyl Master Pro.

I say get rid of them. I did it 15 years ago and I did worry a bit, but all that happened was that I got rid of the tire kickers!! I had the best profits the following year that I ever had.
