Grimco, Wrisco, N. Glantz will all do custom sizes. You just have to buy whole sheets and have them cut up. If you're doing single signs custom sizes, buy the full sheet and cut it yourself.

They make double sided banner materials which have a blockout layer between the sides. It can be made to work, but my advice is to run as far away from any double sided banner job as you can get. You'll waste a lot of time and material and patience.

I wouldn't use the IJ8624 unless the graphic is temporary and will need to be changed in the near future. I think 1/4" acrylic is getting to the limits of using tape mounting, especially with a textured surface, which cuts your adhesive area.

I don't have that color on my Pantone charts, but looking at it online and looking at the color C100 M73 Y0 K10, I think just Vivid Blue might be the closest color.

A quick Google search turns up quite a number of furuiture companies. One even does furuiture refinising.

Try cleaning a piece of the vinyl with 91% isopropyl alcohol and test print it. If it prints better, the problem may be the plasticizer has migrated to the surface.
