Well ours was finally resolved.... sent 3M samples (they provided a shipping label) of the defective material back when I first posted about this. Finally were refunded for for the defective rolls plus a roll of lam for the roll we printed. Of course nothing for the ink, time wasted, etc... but...

We have used cast high tack for that pebble textured stuff before. Use a rollepro and heat gun to work it into the texture.

Bump to see if anyone else has been having issues..... we got some in for a contract install from another company and had a similar issue. Not quite as aggressive and the rolls we had but still moreso than normal and another issue we ran into was the unprinted white areas would break and tear...

I wouldn't necessarily say delete the thread but maybe state. Found this but before I can really recommend it let me try it for a couple of months and will come back and update when I'm certain its the real deal or not.

Agree with Eric. Too much going on and impossible to wrap those in one piece. Some of those parts are going to require inlays and seams. Do the inlays first. Like that first pic - the inner corner with the flat bottom above the rectangle hole, impossible to do that as one piece.

That is exactly why they make 38" rolls. You need no registration marks or at most if a white background then a single thin line on the short ends. Adding a very thin line is actually how I'd set the job (regardless of the background) up just to ease cutting them apart. So I'd take the artwork...
