All the trails around here use a simple t-bar with a screen printed aluminum sign. Funny thing is not a single one has bullet holes in them, but all the big road signs do.

I can rip 52" to the right of the blade on my table saw, but it's a two man operation to keep accurate. Track saw will allow me to break down sheets and work alone.

Any of them worth their salt creates all their "flash". There are some ultra talented artists hiding in some shops.

One thing that would be handy to know is if the fumes are lighter or heavier than air. If lighter you may be able to do a hood type system or hood with curtains instead of the complete room.

You will need either a cast or calendared laminate for your prints. Check here:http://www.falconsa.com/
If you print on cast use cast laminate and calendared on calendared.
This will also require you to get a laminator to apply the film although a Big Squeegee will get the job done...
