I use 41/41/46 on my 13 oz scrim, no issues. What brand is it? I second Flame's comment in that if it's offshore stuff, inconsistencies in the coating are very common. But it sounds like part of the problem is your heat settings are too low, try an increase and see what happens.

As long as the dealer you're working with was aware of it, I'm sure they'd be flexible and figure out a solution. We want the sale! :smile: You need the manpower period to get the 64" printer on the stand, just might need more to get it up the flight of stairs. It's not impossible, just a hassle...

To my knowledge there is not a reverse-print clear film available for aquaeous inks. We have several clear products for aqueous inks that are front print, but none that are reverse print. I'm not sure about Intelicoat, but you might want to check Omnijet, Sihl, or possibly Kodak. Good luck!

Dogvan, that's really strange, not sure why your dealer would recommend that. I always have my customers set theirs no more than 1/4" from the edge. As long as the film is pulling evenly through the cutter, it doesn't matter how close you are to the edge. It won't affect your trackability. I've...
