Are you concerned about cure necessarily or adhesion? Not exactly a 1:1 correlation.

Different wavelengths and curing. Cheaper coros are tough, but certain inks just don't stick to certain substrates. Most ink manufacturers have multiple formulations for different substrates/purposes.

What voltages and temps are people using with these heads? Seems as if the settings we're using on the machines with gen4 heads are different. Obviously ink is a huge factor, but I'd like to see if there is a big range or if everyone is within a fairly tight window.

What have you guys used that has actually worked? It's a Ricoh Gen 4 head. Not completely clogged, but pretty dang close. I've tried to let it soak in cleaning fluid, wiped with IPA, bled lines, etc. I'm to the point of pulling the head and trying something else. I never use the varnish, so I'm...

Thanks for the info. I thought I read somewhere not all versions allow profiling or have the option enabled. Somewhere I thought I read that you must have "ICC Creation" enabled. Does anyone know if this is the case?

Does anyone happen to have a step by step procedure for creating profiles/quick sets? Based on the literature it seems pretty easy, but if anyone has any documentation, that'd be greatly appreciated. I've never used Thrive, but have used Production House years ago, so forgive my rookie-ness.

The 10K hrs rings a bell from training. I run it at at least 100% power to get max cure most of the time, but I'm nowhere near 10K hrs. I was having a curing issue with some tests and just wanted to rule the bulb out. I did have some ink cured on the bulb cover and cleaned it off. Pat, yes...
