Dang, it probably can't read it since it's bent a little and blurry. It looks damn familiar, but I can't place it. Do you need the whole ttf/otf or to just duplicate the graphic you have? Can always trace it and create your own "font". PITA, but in a pinch you gotta do it.

You can try to flush the heads and/or let them soak. Other than that, you'll need to replace unfortunately.

I agree with Stormy. In my experience, the media comp test is only a test. You sometimes have to adjust it based on the actual print. Some printers will actually vary a good bit from the beginning of a roll (heavy and lots of drag) to the end in terms of feed.

The new head was brand new and OEM? Check your ribbon cables. Make sure they're seated correctly and not scorched. You're doing normal cleanings between each of those test prints or just reprinting? Do the cyan streaks happen when printing too or just during nozzle checks? I'll give my opinion...

Hmm, it looks electrical to me. Check the seating of the ribbon cable from the board to the head. Since it's not consistent, it could just be a little loose.
