Tried Whatthefont with no luck. Any ideas??

Ok, this may be an easy one? A friend uses Flexi, I use Corel. He wants me to use his .swt palette, so that my colors jive with his printer. Is there a way to export the .swt file into something that can be imported into another design program, like CorelDraw or Illustrator? Thanks in advance!
