I get the idea but I'm not a fan of the gloss. Also, in some areas, the rust doesn't look natural where the body panels match up. It's as if each panel was removed from the car and placed separately in a field to rust and then later reattached to the car.

4over does not screen print.

4over simply didn't cure the UV ink properly and the person you are dealing with probably doesn't know enough about the process to understand that. This happened to me on an order I placed when Signs365 first started and they did the right thing and replaced the signs.
