Not knowing anything about embroidery you wouldn't know where to look. There are embroidery "clipart" files that can be purchased just like there are vector art files that can be purchased.

I tried the "5 Mil BUBBLE FREE GREY BACK REMOVABLE Adhesive Vinyl" in matte finish and it prints as well as IJ35C and 2923EZ matte products. It doesn't seem any thicker than either of these two. The adhesive seems to be as aggressive as IJ35-C. 2923EZ is less tacky at first touch.

I have a swatch of a paint color I'd like to match in vinyl as closely as possible. Its close to Pantone 7533C and 3M's 1080 G211 (Gloss Charcoal Metallic). I have them ordered but I haven't received color decks from Oracal, Avery, and Arlon yet. If anyone has a minute and wouldn't mind...
I get the idea but I'm not a fan of the gloss.
Also, in some areas, the rust doesn't look natural where the body panels match up. It's as if each panel was removed from the car and placed separately in a field to rust and then later reattached to the car.
With uni-direction the print head only puts out ink as it is moving in one direction. Bi-directional means the print head is putting ink out as it moves from left to right and from right to left. Uni-direction printing should leave less chance for alignment errors. I use it when printing...

4over simply didn't cure the UV ink properly and the person you are dealing with probably doesn't know enough about the process to understand that.
This happened to me on an order I placed when Signs365 first started and they did the right thing and replaced the signs.
