Fellers only offers the matte with the standard adhesive. The "C" signifies that its the Comply adhesive. Controltac is an altogether different feature that IJ35C definitely doesn't have. When it sticks it's pretty much stuck.

I've printed on silver metallic and not had a problem. If it doesn't work for you try printing onto clear vinyl and then apply that on top of the metallic.

I also suggested you lose the halftones. I'll add that you might try changing "WRAPS" to yellow or silver/light grey.

Lose the halftones, change GULFSIDE CUSTOM & SIGNS to white and increase the size of the blurry white outline around everything 100%.

If you aren't going to laminate you must include instructions to your customer that the prints can NEVER touch face-to-face.
