Polyurethane (Gorilla and similar) are usually used - they are usually foaming adhesives (water vapour), so spread thinly and clamp - as long as the surfaces are clean and you spray a tiny amount of water on the opposite surface, you'll only get slight foaming on the edges - but they need water...
Yup.. Easy clean paints are by definition non stick to some degree. Usually they have a silicone element - same stuff used in the release liner. Some use waxes instead - these are easier to fix as a solvent will remove the wax. The more water beads up on the paint, the harder it'll be to stick...
It's usually down to Photoinitiator oxidation - either not enough Photoinitiator to start, or it's been desensitised due to oxidation (age, storage, composition, etc) . Quite a few chemicals also affect curing (cleaning products especially) - I use silicone resins alot - the amount of things...
If it has mercury bulbs (UV) - they need to be changed - they have a lifetime.
UV leds can go, but usually last a lot longer.
Have you read the user manual that tells you all about the UV side?
Try leaving the prints in the sun - if that fixes it - it's a fault with the UV side. If it...
Whilst I HATE ads.. As you say - it costs money to run any site..
I'd far rather have a site with ads, than no site at all.. These days there are very few places for sign minded individuals to get together.
So from me.. Cheers Mate..
Main board primarily - power boards tend to have problems with ac ripple getting into the dc lines because the caps are old. That's why they went to thermal pads - easier to ensure there's at least some contact.
Think it's down to cooling. Some versions of the board didn't allow space for cooling. I've fixed a few - the issue tended to be a lack of thermal compound. It happens to most machines - all down to how they are assembled.
Changing ID codes on firmware can work, but it messes up the checksum - if the system still let's you flash you're fine, but otherwise you "Brick" the machine - the only way past that is to copy the flash memory from one machine to another by taking the chips out and reprogramming them. Most...
Lol.. It's ALWAYS Microsoft.
All they're interested in is how they can monetize what we've already paid for.. They don't care if things actually work.. All they care about is if they can get extra ad revenue, etc. The majority of people don't complain as all they use it for is browsing.
I love...
What you might have are 3 different printers set up.. Two with the same name and one with the same usb com port settings as the first printer. It often happens if the USB cable has been removed at some point and the pc has allocated it a different com port.
Check the port settings in all the...
All depends on what you're cutting.. A 130watt tube will be longer and might need a new psu - tbh you probably won't really get much more benefit over the 100w.
As others have said - will only cut organic (carbon based) materials - plastic, wood, cloth, etc. Not metal unless it's VERY thin (I...
This thread was started in 2022.. youve just reopened it and not even put a question in..
Read my answer.. "but if the software doesn't have the option.. You can't use it.."
Unless the printers firmware has been updated you can't use hires.. If your software doesn't have the option.. You...
First off it's rude to SHOUT.. All capitals is SHOUTING..
2nd.. ICC profiles are for color management, not resolution. You need to change profiles if you change resolution as it affects how colour is reproduced, but the profiles themselves don't change the resolution which is what the OP...
