We have had our GS6000 for about 4 years. We have never performed a head wash since installation. We have to do a nozzle check each day and usually a light cleaning 2 or 3 times a week but other than that, no major issues.

We are installing new lexan faces on a double sided sign 6'x16' in a high wind area. What is the best way to brace these larger faces so they do not bounce around in the wind and break? We have tried running a few screws thru the lexan around the outside edge and this works most of the time...
