We are running a Wasatch RIP with our GS6000. Does anyone else use Wasatch for their unit and if so have you had their tech support? And if so have you ever had it run out and found your RIP doesn't behave the way it should until you pay for more tech support?? We've had it happen twice now...
Recently I have been having color issues with our Epson GS6000. Past year it has printed like a champ. We are currently running Wasatch RIP. In the past we have had to call tech support on occassion and always gone thru the same issues that I will list. Lately it will not print colors...
Yes I did have a copy of the code. The building was located at the very end of a commercial district and adjacent to a residential area. Because of the close proximity to the residential area the city decided that the building, instead of being zoned commercial had a special...
So just spent several months working with a local P&z to Get a permit to install a sign on a local building. After jumping thru countless hoops, and many modifications to the design. Submitted the final draft again only to be told that due to a special zoning issue the size would be limited to...
Thanks for all your suggestions. They helped tremendously. We purchased a 90 international w/ a 40" Altec bucket for $9,000.00. After looking at a lot of different places, this truck fit the bill for us. Will post photos when we get it here in a few days. Again, Thank you
Does anyone know of a dealer for used material handling bucket trucks located in or around Las Vegas or somewhere in California? We have only been able to locate dealers in Texas so far.
I am doing a 4'x20 ' sign face and need to know the best way to seam it as to hide the connecting point. I'm thinking of using dura bond. Any better suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Had one of our customers ask us if we could recover a canopy. Wont have pictures for a few days as the job is hr away from us. They said it was 21' long, metal frame, metal ribs every 2', came out about 4" from building then curled down about 3' over door and walkway. Is there material w/seam...
Recently at the request of Graphtec we updated our firmware on our 8000 cutter. Now the speed of the cutter is very slow and instead of running smooth it chatters when it cuts. Anyone else experiencing this problem?
Were have been running our graphtec for almost 6 months now and it has been running great until recently. We are using it in conjunction with a Wasatch RIP. When we print on our Epson GS6000 and put it on the Graphtec to cut it slowly starts to mis-cut after usually 1 line or 2. First about a...
