    I have a Mutoh Falcon Jr that will not print color I have ink to the dampers and can pull ink through the head with a syringe. I have replaced the head, head cable, and fuse but still no color. Anyone have any idea of what to do next?

    I am using Flexi 8.5 and I am having trouble importing a customer supplied file from illustrator 11 I have tried .eps all the way back to 8 .ai and pdf and always get an error on opening. Anyone have any Ideas?
