Wish I could help. I've seen that with custom profiles that didn't have the ink limits set right, but I haven't seen that with the factory profiles.

Custom made profile or 3M's profile? What's "3M ControlTac"? I thought ControlTac was the adhesive used on a variety of their products, isn't it?

No concerns, the stuff cuts like butter. You'll probably have to do some additional finishing to get them ready to paint, but a jigsaw will cut hdu all day long.

I'm really happy with the applications. I don't use the "cloud" often at all. However, I have downloaded just about every application available and done some cool things. Some for fun, some for work. I'v never once had an issue with trying to open a file without an internet connection, etc...

We had some samples from a supplier that came in on small rolls. The rolls were so small, we had that same issue. We couldn't get past it to even try their materials. I think they were on a 1 1/2" or 2" core, and it really put a curl in the media, one we never could overcome.
