If you have the money, dual heated rollers are a great way to go. Really depends on how much flexibility you need. I've had 2 cold, one single hot, and now have the dual heat roller set up and it's really a very nice way to go.

Lexjet makes a good solvent or latex printable wallcovering. Dreamscape has an entire line of products, many finishes, as well as an after-application coating that results in a VERY tough surface.
