Hey Techman! This US Cutter company reminds me of "You Get What You Pay For" line. But on the other hand I here that Roland's are now made in China not Japan anymore. So I would like to here from anyone that actually has and uses a US Cutter.

Juan45215... I beleive your problem is that you went right to "install VMP" on the installation disk. Shut down your computer then restart. Then insert VMP CD and install again but this time before you click on the main "install VMP' look up in the right hand corner where it reads "dongle...

gtcway... Driver is loaded when you load VMP. BIOS is ON for PNI Paralle Port. It checks out OK! Note: VMP runs fine on my other system which I I'm running Windows 98. It is connected to the ECP Paralle Port.

Justgraphics... I assume you have VMP. If so what port settings do you have it on? Mine will not recognize the dongle.

IAN... Cables are new. I'll check on running the TEST plot. Gerald...It does work. Plotter stops just BEFORE completing the cut.

I'm running CASmate Pro 6.52 with Windows 98. Plotter was working fine then one day (a few months back) it quit completing the entire cut! Any suggestions? Thanks!!!:help:
