    Going crazy!! try to cut Cast laminate with either Cal or Cast printed vinyl.

    Same here partner here is my solution. Reverse weed. -Remove inner vinyl on letters like "opbd etc.." -mask -peel -weed -replace backer paper Not all fonts are plotter friendly
