I have a jv3-130 I will be selling within the month. Looking for $2000. I am in Maryland, though. Does a good print test. Have had it for 7 years. Only problem I have had is with grays

Good for you! That it is so easy for you!
I am a bit challenged and stretching canvas (I have all the tools you mentioned) is not one of the skills I am a master of. But guess what? Still in...
Applied to a box
Instead of the stretcher bars...does anyone know how to put the canvas to a hard art box...it would still be wrapped. I have seen these in galleries/stores. Utrecht has the boxes but I am not sure about applying the printed canvas to it. Does anyone do this type?

I am having the exact same problem...Gave Grafx Network 1200 bucks and still have the same issue. Royal blues, lime greens and maroon...have fading out issues. I want to find a good print tech and I will pay...just solve the problem.
Just now read it on NBC news page. Owner started his business in '84 out of his house, does business in 38 countries, and now employs 30 people. The shooter had just been laid off. Very sad.
Any ideas why this might happen? And I was just saying how good the printer has been lately. Of course it will bite me in the butt and I am lmost done this run!!
We are having a gangbuster year. I am thrilled! Even hired a designer...that I found on this board. "The Professor" started last week. She is great! So glad it is looking up for everyone!

it was actually printed on lg 5yr. on any vinyl...from avery to the orajet...same issue. Only thng we dont have a problem with printing is paper
and banners.
Test draw is good...dampers are good...both techs realigned/recalibrated (thats the same right?) Printing at 720, 8 pass, dither FMX press.
I swear what kills me about the techs....they are like doctors, they are practicing medicine...you have to pay them whether they heal you or not.
I have it on thin....i guess there is another way to lower the heads? I am printing on lg 5 year....but on the avery MPI 1005....its even worse. We have a vehicle partial wrap and you guessed it, GREEN...looks horrible. We usally print at 35 and 38 degrees but we have been trying all kinds of...
yes....attached is the print from the rasterlink rip (1st) and 2nd is from flex. On the first print...there must have been dust on the end of the roll ...which is what those dots are...the streaks is what concerns me. On the flexi I printed slow unidirectional. Thank you.
I know it must be difficult to figure a printers problem, but there has to be someone who can get my mimaki jv3-130spII to print like it did a month ago. A month ago the printer started having drop outs on greens, I sent pics to the guy I have been using....he thought I needed a new black head...
We were lucky!! No flooding in the shop. Had electrcity til after the storm..yesterday when the sun came out...all power in town died. Came back on at 2 am. We're in the shop today de-hurricane proofing everything!
My shop is in a 100 yr flood plane. Everything is up on tables. The office where the printer is, about 2 ft elevated...so hopefully that will be ok. If the rain is just steady I think it will be fine...only time there has been flooding here that I know is when alot of rain comes quick. In 2004...
I think it is much easier to navigate my business page then the website. I always have facebook on all day in the back. I love it...I have the best news feed. I have a lot more friends on the personal page than the business page. After I post stuff to the biz page I then share it back to my own...
