I can tell you, when I was looking I wanted to go with a print and cut too...seemed easier and I was very intimidated. But I am so glad I got separate machines. Not everything you print will you cut...so while you are cutting something you can already be printing another job. Plus most things...
it's the one we have...can be quite exasperating. Takes a while to get a handle on it. One thing I would suggest that we learned the hard way...is when not in use pull up the roller...otherwise you will get flat spot.

I think I make pretty good meatballs...but no real recipe...all from memory of Mama Casagrande and by eye.
I use the meatloaf mix...it has the pork veal and beef in it. 1 pkg is usally 1.5lbs.
Mix all together

handfull italian breadcrums
several hard shakes of italian seasoning...
Whew! MD got lucky. Last night freezing rain....was very slick this morning. Schools were closed. But it has actually warmed up. They are saying maybe .25" of sleet tonight. Soo glad! 49 days til spring!

Gee Guys...thanks for the help. For anyone having the same problem and being as dumb as I am....here is what I did. Go to start button on window...to all programs to SAI production suite to preference manager..hit factory defaults, then load. You have to reset up the printer and cutter...but...
