this is with no cyan. you lose some depth of the colors because of the 0% cyan. I would check the profiles you are using to print first.

In Photoshop its under Levels. Image < Adjustments < Levels, them adjust the Cyan channel.

It really doesn't seem like its a problem. It seems like you are using a different profile. If you want to print fast, you have to sacrifice quality (in most cases depending on your printer) and if you want to print quality, you have to sacrifice speed.

Under the Wacom preferences you can set up your tablet to only use a portion of it so if you got the bigger tablet but didn't like to use the entire tablet to draw just set the portions in relevance to your monitor and your good to go.

The layers palette would show an icon similar to this one if it was placed as a vector smart object.

Can you see if anything is dragging under the print heads? sometimes you get a slight build up of stuff and it will cause banding in the prints. Its the Control bar you are looking for. It will tell you if the image is embedded or linked and what the resolution of the file is. It also has the mask and live trace options.

Just curious, could you right click the installer executable and use the Run As option to run the installer as an Admin. I know your account probably is setup as the computers Admin but there are some programs out there that don't recognize your Admin rights even though you are logged in as one...

Open a folder and in the menu bar on top go to tools < folder options < click the view tab < and check off the radio button that says show hidden files and folders and apply it. Then you will see that folder.
