Thanks guys. I figured if its laminated it will be good to go. But I am sure there is a BIG difference from an automobile. The saltwater alone must take a toll on it. Not to mention the UV rays off the water!
I just looked at some of my old ones that seemed to be screwed up. Some say expiration date - 2011 and others say manufacture date - 2010! what the heck?
I offered to meet her in the middle between my cost and what they told her last night. I havent heard back. I found ways to do them for less, by using larger sheets of coro... so we all win if this works. Of course until she does the same thing again down the road.
The only issue I have is I am 100% confident they have something big brewing and a potential (for whoever) they have doing there signs etc. to do lot (and I mean a lot) of work. I know it sounds far fetched but believe me I know for a fact its happening as we speak. What they are doing has been...
Just to put it in perspective she is asking for 18x24 full digital print for $16 now and cut into 4 equal sections of 9x12's Thats what she said the others quoted her. And thats printed on vinyl and applied (I don't have a flatbed)
What should I do: This is a neighbor lady(supposed to be good friend of wife)
This customer has been conning me and I'm trying to hold my ground.
From the start they said they had a couple quotes for X amount and would like to give me the work if I match it. (Price is just about on target)
I...
Thanks guys. The heads seem to have cleared a bit from more ink pulls, except the black.
The question I have is it is the dampers, why would all of the colors weaken at once?
Is there another way to make sure its the dampers before spending $ on them? When I pull from the black line at the...
Well they seemed perfect when i took it apart. It seems like a head problem. I can pull ink fine out of the waste station. Its just that the heads for some reason seem to have all dried up. Maybe my capping station is bad and it wasn't seated good? But then why would I not be able to get the...
Falcon Outdoor was running great for a long time. The other day I noticed my pump hose was messed up and caught near the gears. I've had to fix this same problem before... no big deal. So everything goes back together as planned and I'm getting horrible banding from the heads not all firing in...
Thanks guys . Im thinking its more on the q-100 reading it side for the problem. It used to work fine. My lines look fine. I will first take a look at the eye.
Hi. I am having a problem with my Q-100 reading my crop marks. The only way I can get it to read is if I go over them with a black sharpie marker. Is there a way to get them to print heavier (not more ink) but thicker in flexi 8?
18" x 16" and 10" x 9" Solid shape of a letter B. No ladders or level. Probably dry, but I think wet would work better and I could suggest that I guess.
Its quicker for them (one less step) and a lot less more time in production for me. I don't see much more benefit to the transfer tape if its already laminated. Am I missing something?
