I start printing fine. About 6" into the print I keep losing the connection. Is this some kind of buffering issue? I'm not quite sure where to start.

Using all three pinch rollers is hit or miss when loading material. It has quite a hard time knowing what to do when the left roller isn't pushed all the way to the end of the machine. Anyone have this problem and know of a "fix"?

Running a Mutoh 1604. Customer loves the "smooth" feel of the LG X-ign. Ordered the material and it is out of production due to material problems. "Super-smooth" blockout vinyls don't track well at all in this machine, and the smooth vinyls I've found are for water based printers and the color...
