Do you know your annual sales? Do you know if the business is incorporated? Giving you a percentage of the company might not mean anything until the company is sold either to an outside buyer or you. If you buy it from him, the company would still need to be valued by an outside firm (not your...
Even if your boat is documented with the Coast Guard, most states still require you to register the boat with the state and display the state registration sticker. You don't have to have MC numbers on the boat if it's documented. Whether or not you have to pay sales tax is also up to the state.
We have the 360 and you can turn on the cutter in the media library on Onyx. We had a job where I wanted to print 50 copies of a poster and wanted it to cut after each copy but could not figure out how to do that. It would only cut after all copies were printed.
I just purchased the 365 and was told if your mainly putting in a roll and printing the whole roll than the 570 would be better. If you run a lot of different stocks and are constantly changing the media than the 365 would be the machine to get.
I had a customer bring me the same type of thing this week but with employee names. I did find some 10mil clear matte rigid vinyl from GPA but it's spec'd to run on the Indigo. They are not sure if it will run on my Ricoh 7100 so trying to get a sample to try out.
If they are just trying to hold up the sign and not hold it up extremely high, I've used u-shaped wire hold downs that fit nicely into the corrugated flutes and gives it a handle
I just purchased the HP 365 last week but the only machine HP would discount for having a trade-in was the 570. JJ Bender offered me $200 for my 260 plus they would come and pick it up.
We don't. Only do the easy stuff as we are replacing the panels. Didn't think we would run into problems replacing the bulbs.
Any electric work or replacing the tombstone would be subbed out.
I had a customer call and wanted the bulbs replaced in their outdoor backlit sign. Took a picture of the bulb, ordered new ones and they don't fit. The new ones (exact same numbers) are slightly longer (1/4") and will not fit in the sign. Took old bulb to supplier and they said they cannot get...
We charge for our design and don't create layouts without a customer approving the estimate. If they paid for the layout, I would send them files. If you created a "free" layout that you supplied with an estimate and didn't get the job, then of course your not giving that away. Makes no sense...
If your not buying pre-die cut sheets, there would be no reason to print the 8.5 x 11 size. Just print 11 x 17 especially if your getting charged a single click on 11 x 17.
I have the HP 260 latex. Is it basically the same generation as the L25500 and I would see the same improvements? I know the warm-up time is drastically reduced but I did not think the quality of the prints was that much different.
I believe 4over has different turn times depending upon what level you are with them as far as sales but I can't imagine standard business cards taking that long. The standard turn time is next day + 1 day with a slight up charge for next day service. They have a facility in NJ so shipping...
How do you apply the Gardtz? I have a customer that wants a 90" x 135" wall graphic where the images will be contour cut and they just freshly painted it with the Promar 200. Does it leave a residue or effect the paint color wherever the decal is not applied?
Yes that is the absolute worst design. Busted my tab the 2nd time trying to change it. Now just put a drop of alcohol on it before I pull back the spring with a screw driver. Still struggle getting the funnel out every time even with the tab pulled back.
