you have to laminate any metallic prints, otherwise yes, it just rubs off. that was never a hidden fact when buying these machines tho!

We are real happy with ours too!! We chose the W & MT option, like you say its quite slow when printing these colours but its worth it! the print quality is exceptional on every setting! the gradients are unbelievable!!!!

If it becomes possible to run our solvent printer on latex ink I would do it. If they have the same durability why not? Its my understaning that with latex ink you can print & laminate. not used the hexis carbon stuff but any hexis wrap vinyl is top gear! & it looks as real as it gets.
