i use a profile for a metamark gloss vinyl when i print to high-bond, and i use the MAX IMPACT setting in veraworks, makes the colours more vibrant, also helps with KTM orange (which i use roland colour RJ45).
thanks for the info, i cant wait to start using it! i heard you can have it wind either way so i the face of the vinyl will roll onto the backing sheet so it wont stick togehter? Good idea with the fan tho, i'll probably do that!
I have one of these coming this week, I'm gonna install it myself as the tech said it was pretty easy. Couple things i want to know,
1) Anyone else installed one of these - if so, is easy?
2) How safe is it to leave leave the sucker printing over night?or should i always babysit it?
I'm no wrapper but we tried a bit of for fun, seemed easy to work with.
Hexis are pretty big in the UK, i use a lot of material from them & never had a complaint. At the last trade show there was a guy wrapping a ferrari on there stand and it looked superb.
looks like the pro's are out weighing the con's which is good, ive never used graphtec stuff but i hear its top-notch! keep playing with it & u'll get it all figured out!
