Remove Jewelite trim cap

I have a customer that wants to freshen the sign faces by only replacing the trim caps. Any suggestions on how to remove them without harming the faces? Thanks!!

Rip/print issue

Hi! I add a file to versaworks, and it will rip just fine. Then when it pops up to the print section, it sits there at 0% for about 20 seconds then disappears. I have restarted versaworks and my computer, but it has not helped! Any ideas?
