II tried to get into service mode, but said it was PROTECTED.

The carriages SEEM fine...but we have had a couple instances where they become disconnected. And, we haven't checked it via service mode.

Here are the test prints I just did..

And know we've noticed that does it mainly when we print anything high speed, ie banners, or the crop marks for cutting. Anyone?

We have an SP540v. Normally this happens every morning, and eventually goes away, but now it seems to be more constant. WE have cleaned the encoder strip, and it has been replace recently.. Any ideas as to what could be wrong? Thanks,

It's an exterior wall, rough surface. they are plastic formed letters, varying in size around 18"

Any suggestions on drilling into a granite wall to mount Gemini letters? We need a 3/16 hole, but about 200 of them. Thanks!

Yes, it is a legit version version 10.1.

We have saved it as very file type imaginable. And we still get the same, if not worse, results! Odd thing is...this particular project is getting printed in several different pieces. None of the others have done it.

Hi! I searched this topic before, bit didn't really find results... on the screen, there are NO white lines in our art, but when we export it as eps to Versaworks, the white bands pop up. It isn't with every file we try to print. Any suggestions as to what we are doing wrong? Thanks!
