  1. Splash graphics on Trailer, suggestions?

John Deaton for cartoonizing anything. Trailer looks like it suits the customers needs.
  2. Large qtys of posters

+1 on 4over. There are many other companies like it too.
  3. Your Opinion of Seamless Texture Tiles

I looked once, but haven't been back. Maybe I will look soon.
  4. Your Opinion of Seamless Texture Tiles

Yeah, but I have a handful of road racers that stare at carbon all day, so my file needs to be very realistic and not beveled/drop shadowed and lit up all goofy. It just needs to look like the real thing, and it does. But still, my point was that fills are virtually never used in my shop...
  5. Your Opinion of Seamless Texture Tiles

The only tile-able texture I have used is my own carbon fiber. I couldn't find one that was close to realistic so I made my own. Other than that, I have never used one to fill an area. Maybe it is my style, but I tend to stay away from something that will look repeated.
  6. Flexi on Mac

I am. Have been for 2.5 years. Would switch to something else if I had an option I was happy with.
  7. corrugated trailer

Depends on life of install - I agree - as little stretching as possible and feeding vinyl as you go around the corrugations will outlast the first method BY A LONG SHOT, but if it is a quick hurry and get it done job... Sorry I wasn't more clear in my quick initial post...Thanks for...
  8. corrugated trailer

Bridge and Rolle-Pro it in with some heat.

  10. Best Wrap Training/Seminars - Thoughts?

  11. Best Wrap Training/Seminars - Thoughts?

I get maybe 1 or 2 a month, but have yet to get one of those to come in the door. My biggest benefit to Fellers Certification is the free updates to the Bad Wrap. Oh but there has been one update since the class...so.... Oddly, I got a call from my Fellers rep asking me to fax an invoice...
  12. Best Wrap Training/Seminars - Thoughts?

You will get a bunch of mixed reviews from the folks here, but I attended the fellers training down in Tulsa (almost 3 years ago) and was looking for hints and tips on what I was doing, and how I can improve on my install. I had some success in that, and met some cool people. So now I am...
  13. OZ Post vs Auger

I built a deck with them and they were great. You basically have 4" of the 4x4 post in the "stake" so I am not sure of wind-loading, but they do grab a hold of the 4x4 pretty good. A tip - cut a piece of 4x4 about 5" long and use that to pound the stake into the ground. Once deep enough pull...
  14. PT Cruiser Wrap

What it takes me and what it takes you are two completely separate things. If you are having issues with stopping and starting, spend an evening with the doors locked and get it done. Work on billable work during the day and finish up the company stuff at night. A small investment into your...
  15. Look Ma! My wrap is on TV!

Thanks everyone! It was one of those, "hey - we need this done yesterday. What can you do?" and I somehow delivered. If you happened to watch the race it was an awesome last lap! (for those that are into road racing)
  16. Look Ma! My wrap is on TV!

No really - it is kind of a cool thing! Check out the American LeMans race at Road America on SPEED at 3pm Eastern. I wrapped a Navistar eStar 100% electric delivery vehicle to be used as a promotional pace truck. Check it out here - http://twitpic.com/2gg1tl Easy to wrap minus the...
  17. trade show backdrops

Whatever your material, lam NEEDS to be matte. Those lights will glare like crazy if not.
  18. my first trailer

Phone and services on the side door are a bit lost due to door hardware, but other than that, looks good!
  19. Multiple Printers

You would just setup the different IP's off of a switch. Should be no problem.
  20. Tire Cover for Jeep

Ditto - buy these. Did a couple on two hummer wraps and they are holding strong 3 years later.
